ISPSD 2024

The 36^th International Symposium on Power Semiconductor Devices and ICs (ISPSD) takes place in the concert hall Die Glocke, Bremen, Germany, June 2–6, 2024. ISPSD is the premier forum for technical discussion in all areas of power semiconductor devices, power integrated circuits, their hybrid technologies, and applications. With an annual attendance of (pre-COVID-19) about 500 engineers, scientists and students on average, ISPSD has become the must-go event in power semiconductors. It is a truly international conference, rotating on a four-year cycle amongst Europe, North America, Japan and Other Areas.

ISPSD’24 will be held in the historical city center of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen, which includes the UNESCO World Heritage Site consisting of the historic city hall and the statue of knight Roland and which is complemented by St. Peter’s cathedral the origin of the city. Besides that, Bremen is a major cultural and economic hub of Northern Germany with many things to discover. The metropolis with its unique charm, vibrancy and flair, historical treasures, music and arts will give this conference a unique atmosphere.
